管理培训生 Management Trainee

招聘人数：20名

Responsibility岗位职责：
1）Familiar with retail supermarket market situation了解零售业大卖场的市场状况；
2）Good sense of customer service有良好的顾客服务意识；

3) Work organization and management对零售卖场工作的组织和管理；

Requirement岗位要求：
1. At the age of 18 or above, gender is not limited, fresh graduate。年满18周岁，男女不限，专科以上（应届毕业生）；

2. Interested in retail, internship experience or working experience in retail is preferred对零售行业有浓厚兴趣，有零售行业相关实习或工作经验优先；

3. Strong communication skills & team work & decision-making良好的沟通能力、团队建设能力和决策能力；

4. Basic English & Good at PC skill.有一定的英语基础，及熟练操作办公软件；

5. Hard-working, Strict and practical attitude to work with good acting; 能吃苦耐劳,工作认真细致、严谨踏实，执行力强；
